THE SHABBY TEA ROOM - Chevrons

This week over at THE SHABBY TEA ROOM we are helping our sponsor, JustRite Stampers, debut some of their new stamps.  Be sure to check out the prizes for this week's challenge...you won't want to miss out on a chance at this week's prize!  This week we got to work with their French inspired line of cling stamps to create a card or project with Chevrons, and use the colors, Blue, Green, Orange,Yellow, Brown and Cream.

I started with a stamp from JustRite Stampers Shabby Chic Labels Four cling set.  I had cut the image with Spellbinders Labels Four after coloring with my COPICs in various shades of orange, blue and green and backed with another Labels Four piece in blue cardstock.  The papers I chose already had that cool chevron pattern and gold foil key and butterfly.  It is from the DCWV Tradewinds Mat Stack.

I added the doily, coordinating striped paper, chipboard flourish, leaf accent and orange bow with button.  The sentiment was the perfect final touch from JustRite Happy Everything Mini Tag set (a definite must-have!)  Here's this week's inspiration photo:
