JustRite Friday Challenge #099 - Sketch

It's Challenge Friday time over at JustRite Inspiration. Spellbinders is sponsoring and has provided some of their fun new D-Lites as the prizes!! I am asking you to create a card or project using the sketch below as inspiration:

When I created this sketch, I immediately thought of the Windows Two D-Lite I had. (Sketches are SO HARD for me to come up with so don't judge...it's a work in progress!) As you can see, I used the sketch loosely but I think that's the idea - right?!!

I loved this paper that looks like wood and I had just enough for the background. I can't remember what it is from right now though?? Next, I embossed a piece of whitewash Core'dinations paper with Spellbinders M-Bossabilities folder (I think it's Elegance) before sanding and cutting with Spellbinders A2 Distressed Edges. I cut the window and then hand cut a piece of gold paper and a punched piece of velum (for the curtain) and mounted on the center.

Next, I cut the Floral Border in green and the Wrought Iron in black. I added Raspberry Fizz Flower Soft to the flowers and then placed under the window. The flourish on the left side of the window is from Spellbinders Floral Flourishes. For the final touch, I added a seam binding bow and stamped the sentiment from Premium Labels clear set in black. The ribbon is from Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.
