Spellbinders December 2020 Clubs Blog Hop - Rose Garden Promise

Today I am so excited to be joining the Spellbinders blog hop and I have a 2-for-1 set of cards featuring the Amazing Paper Grace December 2020 Die of the Month called Rose Garden Promise. Please be sure to read about how you can receive a $50 gift certificate below.

I used this large 5" x 7" die to makes 2 cards this time! I started by cutting the design from white cardstock and then sponging on colors of the outline AND the inner pieces.

Next, I separated the outline and then inked the edges with Antique Linen. I then cut 2 more frames from kraft cardstock for dimension and added a sentiment to the center. I wanted it to look like wood carved and I think it turned out great!
After that, I had the inside pieces left and decided to add a portion of them to another smaller card without the border and I really like how it turned out - just a simple single layer card flat for mailing!

Which method do you prefer?

If you got here from Jean Manis then you are on the right track! The rest of the list is below.

I like the peachy colors you used. One of my favorite rose colors. It sort of reminds me of my French Lace roses. sharon dot gullikson at gmail dot com

You've taken something so elegant and sophisticated, as Becca's dies are, and you have elevated it. Very pretty soften color that makes those roses the center of attention. Lovely!
