Spellbinders Layered Christmas Tree Stencil
Today I am sharing a non-traditional Christmas card featuring the Layered Christmas Tree Stencil that is part of the Trim The Tree Collection from Spellbinders.
For this project, I am only using the stencil. I cut a panel and used distress oxide ink to sponge onto the panel for my tree base.

Next, I added some Snow-Tex for texture. I should have waited a little while before adding it because the pink ink kinda bled through the white "snow" and made it a little pink when it dried.
I love the look of the texture though! I didn't think about it however and was not able to use the stencil for the ornament layer because of all the gaps so I just added rhinestones instead.
