MY SHERI CRAFTS CHALLENGE #180 - Get In Shape!

This week the challenge over at MY SHERI CRAFTS CHALLENGE is to create any kind of shaped card and I chose a Cascade Card (or Stretch Card) with some really fun & vibrant papers mostly from Doodlebug Designs called Hello Spring:
This one took me a while to create (most of a day really) but it was worth it! It was a special card for an extra special person -- my grandmother who turned 93 last week!!!
I started with the Stretch Card base which I downloaded from The Silhouette Store. Then, I purchased the Mom & Baby Bird set and Bird On A Branch (for the birdhouse) and cut them all with my Silhouette Cameo.
I cut the flower with new JustRite Flower Garden Die set and the grass was already cut and laying in my scrap pile. (I think it is a punch but who knows how long it's been there)
The "Oh Happy Day!" sentiment was cut with my Cricut Explore and the Cricut Phrases Cartridge and the "93" was cut using my Explore with Design Space software. I love the way it folds flat and then "stretches" out to make a great statement. This was a really cool card to make and my husband says it's his favorite of mine so far! (Awwww)

I hope you have time to join in the fun. I can't wait to see what you come up with!!
