The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store - Altenew Hibiscus Bouquet

I am sharing another great layered stamp card over at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store blog today. This one features Altenew Hibiscus Bouquet clear stamps and Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks.

I stamped the outlines first and then inked up the inside stamps with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink. Next, you just spritz a little water before stamping and VOILA!
