Patriotic Blog Hop at Stamp Simply Ribbon Store

Welcome to today's Blog Hop. This week we are showcasing three sets from our NEW April Release at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store. Last week we concentrated on graduation and other congratulatory events using two of our new sets. This week we will concentrate on the remaining three sets - All Occasion Sentiments SET 1 and SET 2 and Patriotic Sentiments. Combine these sentiments with images, sentiments or Scripture from our other sets and your options are limitless! Hop along with us. The link list is a bit further down.
I chose to create a very patriotic themed card for today. I created my own designer paper with one of the collage sentiments "Land of the Free, Home of the Brave" and colored in some of the words to make them pop.
The inside has a great sentiment - "Thank You for your service". Wouldn't this be a nice card to send to someone and recognize them for serving our country?
If you missed my retirement card yesterday, you can find it here:  https://myshericards.blogspot.com/2018/04/stamp-simply-ribbon-store-masculine.html

I wish I could send this card to my Son. He served 6 years and I am so proud of who he is! I am grateful to all of our military members and their families that go through so much, also!

When you made your own designer paper with the wording. Did you use markers to add the colors to the clear stamps? Or perhaps, you inked them with pads in one color and write/color them in? It looks so crisp! I wish i had a 12c12" sheet covered with those words. I've been working on a scrapbook for him where everyone had a page to say why they love Josh and why they are proud of him. I have all of it done..nut couldn't find additional patriotic pages that I used. This would be perfect! Thank you!

He-IS-ABLE!
